Dairy Science World Series is a conference that brings together leading dairy researchers and industry personnel from around the world to network and discuss the latest dairy research and science.
The first conference in the series, Cheese Science, was held in 1998. Each year, the theme of the conference highlights a particular area of scientific endeavour within the post-farmgate dairy industry.
The full proceedings of the presented scientific papers have been published as a special issue of the Australian Journal of Dairy Technology.
One of the Dairy Science World Series highlights is the Conference Dinner, sponsored by Chr. Hansen. Its theme and location are designed to give the delegates a glimpse of the culture and history of Melbourne.
