Tasmanian dairy industry members are invited to attend a technical evening on Fermentation in Cheese with Dirk Kuckelsberg, a senior application specialist for cheese with Danisco based in Niebull, Germany.
Dirk has held a number of roles with both commercial and technical responsibilities within Danisco. In his current role, Dirk is responsible for the identification and development of key technology competencies within the cheese application area Dirk spends a large portion of his time working together with customers to provide recommendations and implement solutions to address any problems they may be having and also in the development of new products. He looks after a wide geographical area stretching from Estonia across to the UK, including among other countries the Netherlands, Denmark and Greece.
The evening has been organised by the DIAA Tasmanian Division. Both DIAA members and non-members are welcome to attend at no cost. Some nibbles will be provided at the event, so to assist with catering please RSVP to Chris Rolls as soon as possible. |
