The DIAA Qld Division would like to invite all members to a techincal seminar on 9 August at 6pm. Registration is free to DIAA/AIFST members and $10 for non-members.
Professor Susanne Knochel will make a presentation on practical control of Listeria in the food industry and David Lowry will speak about the advances in cleaning and sanitation within the food industry.
