DIAA members are invited to register for an online Dairy Webinar hosted by Dairy Australia and the NCDEA. The webinar will focus on Cheese Troubleshooting, with a special emphasis on management of cheese surfaces during ripening. Hosted by Prof. Eric Spinler, from INRA France, the webinar will take place on 12 August, between 2 and 4 pm.
Registrations are free and close on 9 August.
