CompetitionDIAA NSW Division hosts an annual dairy product competition based on the entries' technical merit.
The competition is judged by industry experts selected for their specific dairy product knowledge.
To be eligible to enter, a company must manufacture or sell its dairy products in NSW.
Entries will be judged at Silliker Australia, Unit C2, Regents Park Business Centre, 391 Park Road, Regent's Park, NSW.
The results will be announced at the DIAA NSW Dairy Product Awards on 21 June during the DIAA NSW Division Conference.
