Dairy Technical Manuals are a series of publications produced by the Australian Society of Dairy Technology, one of DIAA's predecessors, over the past three decades.
There is also a collection of technical reports published between 1955 and 1974 on subjects ranging from ice-cream manufacture to international milk promotion.
DIAA members have exclusive access to PDF scans of the publications.
Technical manuals cover subjects such as continuous buttermaking, UHT processing, speciality cheese manufacture and casein manufacture. There's also a wide range of technical reports on milk, cheese, bulk commodities, exports, equipment design, hygiene and more.
