The NCDEA in conjunction with Dairy Australia are hosting a Dairy Webinar on 4 November from 2.30-4.00pm. Guest speaker Dr. Mark Johnson from the Winsconsin Center for Dairy Research, USA will be addressing prevention strategies for defects in camembert and washed rind cheeses.
The webinar is free, but there are strictly limited log-in places so interested participants should register by 29 October.
