CheeseFest is a celebration of the Australian specialty cheese industry providing an opportunity for cheesemakers to promote and raise the awareness of the art of specialty cheesemaking. It includes cheese sampling, cheese cooking and cheese masterclasses. The cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs include cheese in all of their recipes. The entry into the event is $15.
