The 5th biennial Innovative Foods Conference will address and discuss the opportunities for ‘higher valued’ food products across the supply chain for a competitive future.

CSIRO presents the Innovative Foods Conference in partnership with the Victorian Government with support from The University of Melbourne.
A specialised program explores the emerging science and technologies underpinning the creation of innovative higher valued agriculture products across the food supply chain. Health and nutrition, safety, quality and functionality will be featured as well as aspects of equipment, global market opportunities and associated commercialisation case studies.
