Dr. Mark Johnson, Interim Director of Wisconsin Centre for Dairy Research, USA is presenting a 2-day cheese workshop addressing the manufacture of and controlling defects in soft cheeses and cheddar, mozarella and gouda.
The program will be held on 15-16 November at CSIRO Food and Nutritional Sciences in Werribee.
Sponsored by Dairy Australia, this workshop is organised in conjunction with Dairy Innovation Australia Ltd and NCDEA. This is a free event, however registration is essential.
